Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All our products are made to order. We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days (although for larger orders or in busy periods this could vary). If your order is needed urgently please contact us directly and we will aim to despatch your order sooner if required.

We send all parcels via Royal Mail tracked 48 and will send you a confirmation email to let you know when your parcel has been despatched.

For delivery outside of the UK, please get in touch before placing your order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Returns

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or not quite right, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order. All returns will be at the cost of the customer and must be returned to us in the same packaging and in an unused condition. You have 20 days from delivery to return to us. Please email us directly at rebeccaough@saltweavestudio.co.uk to notify us of your return request, including your order number.

Once the returned item has been received to us successfully and is in an un damaged condition, we will process the return within 10 working days.

If you do not contact us within 20 days of receiving your order, unfortunately we are not able to issue you a refund.
